Paper Title: Establishment of Mathematical Model Based on the Minimum Living Standard —A Case Study of Jilin Province

With the development and persistence of the urban and rural living allowance system in China, more and more people have received the low-security allowance. However, due to the unbalanced regional development, there are some differences in the minimum living standards of provinces, municipalities and even county-level towns. At present, the total number of low-income people in China is 7 4 8 .7 0 million. In order to achieve accurate poverty alleviation and efficient and reasonable poverty alleviation, the establishment of a reasonable minimum standard of living plays an important role in the interests of the people and the development of the country. This paper mainly reviews the relevant data of living allowance, and takes Jilin province as an example, establishes a model of the minimum living security for urban residents in China based on Engel coefficient and a multivariate linear regression model.
